CANCELLATION AND RETURNS POLICY

To cancel your order: 
You must notify us by email to style.house@live.co.uk or call 01274 503941 before we have dispatched the goods to you, or where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to the appropriate address supplied by style house.
You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 7 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The costs of returning goods to us will be met by you the customer.
Once we have received the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or exchange it for credit as required.
The rights to return the goods will not apply in the following circumstances: -

1)  If you have signed the delivery sheet to say you received the good in a satisfactory condition.

2)  To any products that we have had designed and made  especially for you.

3)  In the event that the product has been opened and used.
